By downloading, installing, or using the Unwritten AI application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Unwritten AI ("we", "our", or "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Unwritten AI offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Adventurer and Chronicler). Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms.
The free tier is limited to 15 turns per day. This limit may change over time as we evolve the service.

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate narrative content. This content is procedurally generated and does not represent the views or opinions of Unwritten AI. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated outputs in all circumstances.
You understand that AI-generated content may occasionally be unexpected, inconsistent, or imperfect. Providing feedback within the App helps us improve the experience.
The App, its interface, underlying technology, and all associated branding are the exclusive property of Unwritten AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unwritten AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
