What is Unwritten AI?
Unwritten AI is a narrative RPG engine powered by artificial intelligence. An AI Game Master generates an immersive story that responds to your choices every turn. Each session is unique — no two stories are the same.
How does the turn limit work on the free plan?
Free accounts are limited to 15 turns per day. This counter resets at midnight in your local timezone. To play without limits, upgrade to the Adventurer or Chronicler plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed directly through your device's app store — not through Unwritten AI.
On iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Unwritten AI → Cancel.
On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Unwritten AI → Cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then.
I purchased a subscription but my account still shows as free.
Try the "Restore purchase" option in the app's subscription screen. If the issue persists after a few minutes, contact us at
support@unwrittenai.app with your order confirmation number.
Can I play on multiple devices?
Yes. Log in with the same account on any supported device. Your progress and sessions sync automatically. The number of sessions you can run simultaneously depends on your plan (1 for Wanderer, 3 for Adventurer, unlimited for Chronicler).
The app is not loading or showing a blank screen.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, check your internet connection — Unwritten AI requires an active connection to generate story content. If you're still experiencing issues, contact us with your device model and OS version.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion and permanent removal of your data, email us at
privacy@unwrittenai.app from the address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Is my story data saved?
Yes. All your sessions, turn history, and character progression are securely saved to your account and synced to the cloud. You can pick up any active session at any time.
The AI generated something unexpected or inappropriate.
We work continuously to improve the quality and consistency of the AI's output. If you encounter content that feels wrong or inappropriate, please report it to
support@unwrittenai.app with a brief description of what happened. Your feedback directly informs our improvements.
